With the re-introduction of Dunked Wings, KFC wanted to build sales and remain top of mind for our snacking consumers.


Solution

Using mobile marketing, targeted social media and SMS’s, we drove consumers to our campaign page where they could engage with how to not just wing it but Dunked Wing it.

Through our bespoke USSD system, we integrated across all platforms where we drove feet in store though smart snack-occasion coupons and gave our hungry customers a little more during the snack time period.



RESULTS

Our simple campaign saw more than 3 times the redemption rate of the industry standard at 60.51% and more than doubled the industry standard CTR at 5.13%.
